    How does per-user Autotask authentication work?

    Users sign in with Entra or Google. We look up their Autotask Contact by email and bind them to their Organization. Only contacts of that Organization can view its code.

    Can we use both Entra and Google?

    Yes. You can enable either or both providers. We enforce access per user regardless of which provider they used.

    What if a client has multiple contacts?

    Great—multiple contacts can authenticate. We check each user's Autotask Contact → Organization mapping before showing the code.

    What if our techs need proof on outbound calls?

    Use the mutual pattern: you read the phrase, the client confirms specific digits. Both sides can challenge.

    What happens after the first year of support?
