Collett Systems provides one integrated managed IT and security stack. Managed clients receive 24/7 monitoring, unlimited help desk, endpoint detection and response, managed network security, Microsoft 365 administration and identity hardening, security awareness training, monitored and restore-tested backups, documentation, vendor management, and quarterly technology planning. Collett Systems also provides practical AI consulting for Wisconsin businesses, including AI governance, policy development, data-handling rules, staff training, Microsoft 365 Copilot guidance, workflow automation, and AI implementation.

Managed IT is priced as an all-inclusive per-user monthly service. Project work outside the agreement is scoped and quoted separately. Managed and co-managed relationships use a standard 36-month agreement. New managed-service relationships normally begin with a paid, fixed-fee IT & Security Assessment performed by a working engineer. The client receives a written findings report and roadmap, keeps the report whether or not they hire Collett Systems, and receives a credit for the assessment fee toward onboarding if they become a managed client.
